<p>材料：泰式雞湯3杯、莞茜根6-8根、泰式蕃茄仔8-10個、羅望子苗一包、香茅6支、蒜頭5-6粒、紅蔥頭5-6粒、意大利莞茜少許、南薑3-4片、雞腳8隻</p>
<p>調味：魚露2茶匙、鹽少許、椰糖2茶匙</p>

<p>步驟：</p>
<ol>蕃茄仔洗淨切半、蒜頭發紅蔥頭去皮略拍、羅望子苗洗淨，扔掉黃色已變壞的葉子、香茅切段段略拍、莞茜根及意大利莞茜洗淨、雞腳洗淨備用</ol>
<ol>以白鍋形式，爆香蒜頭、蔥頭，注入已加熱了的雞湯後，放入莞茜根、南薑及香茅至煲滾<img loading="lazy" src="https://daphnema.kitchen/wp-content/uploads/2019/03/img_7886.jpg" class="size-full wp-image-1557" width="4032" height="3024"></ol>
