<p>材料：硬豆腐2件、蔥數條</p>
<p>調味： 蠔油2湯匙、豉油1湯匙、糖少許、水少許</p>
<p>步驟：</p>
<ol>
<li>豆腐洗淨、切件及抹乾</li>
<li>蔥切段</li>
