<p>到曼谷旅行，最喜歡就去食芒果糯米飯，嗰陣時每晚都要食芒果糯米飯做甜品！後來學識咗點樣整呢個甜品之後，知道原來要落好多糖，所以就少食咗🤓</p>



<p>自己整嘅芒果糯米飯，可以調節白糖嘅份量，可以減糖感覺健康啲，大家快啲嚟睇吓點樣整啦！</p>

<p>冬天嘅時候又係臘味出場嘅時間，10月去加拿大嘅時候買咗好多臘腸返嚟，估唔到多倫多嘅臘腸咁好食，無論大人細路都好鍾意食！今次加埋冇得輸嘅新鮮雞，簡簡單單整一個臘味鮮雞荷葉飯，冬天時候食倍感滿足。</p>

<p>呢個糯米飯，用上朋友贈送自家曬的臘腸、潤腸同埋靚冬菇，加上曼谷買的生曬蝦米及糯米，美味極了！重點是用了這個不銹鋼鍋，免去了生炒的步驟，亦縮短了煮食的時間及減少了油量，在寒冷的冬天，隨時也可吃到美味的臘味糯米飯呢！<img loading="lazy" src="https://daphnema.kitchen/wp-content/uploads/2019/02/img_5403.jpg" class="size-full wp-image-1248" width="3024" height="4032"></p>
<p>《5分鐘臘味糯米飯-6人份）</p>
<p>材料：糯米3杯、臘腸1條、潤腸1條、冬菇2隻、蝦米適量、蔥花少許<img loading="lazy" src="https://daphnema.kitchen/wp-content/uploads/2019/01/img_4665-1.jpg" class="size-full wp-image-1170" width="4032" height="3024"></p>
<p>醬汁：蠔油1湯匙、豉油1湯匙、椰糖少許、麻油1茶匙、老抽少許（混合即可）</p>
<p>步驟：</p>

<li>糯米洗淨以室溫水浸2小時後瀝乾備用</li>
</ol>

<li>臘腸及潤腸洗淨切粒</li>
<li>冬菇浸軟洗淨後切粒、蝦米洗淨</li>
