										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>又放完聖誕假啦！小朋友又要返學啦，正所謂「一日之計在於晨」，早餐是很重要啊！今天小朋友話好想食珍珠雞，不想買現成急凍的，就自己做做看吧！好吧，見今天有時間，就為家人準備新鮮珍珠雞！（珍珠雞用上黑毛豬臘腸、泰國蝦米、日本香菇及嘉美雞雞髀，用新鮮的材料煮的珍珠雞味道確實不同！今次試做成功！下次加埋咸蛋黃，應該會更加好味！但珍珠雞熱量較高，不能常常吃啊😄<img loading="lazy" src="https://daphnema.kitchen/wp-content/uploads/2020/01/img_6533.jpg" class="size-full wp-image-5409" width="3024" height="4032"></p>
<p>材料：糯米1杯、白米半杯、黑毛豬臘腸1條、香菇4隻、蝦米半湯匙、雞髀一隻、雞湯3/4杯、乾荷葉1塊<img loading="lazy" src="https://daphnema.kitchen/wp-content/uploads/2020/01/img_6551.jpg" class="size-full wp-image-5410" width="4032" height="3024"></p>
<p>步驟：</p>
<p>1. 糯米洗淨以室溫水浸最少3小時，白米洗淨（不用浸）備用</p>
<p>2. 香菇浸軟洗乾淨後切粒、黑毛豬臘腸洗淨切粒、蝦米洗淨、雞髀起骨去皮切幼絲，以少許生抽及椰糖醃好<img loading="lazy" src="https://daphnema.kitchen/wp-content/uploads/2020/01/img_6555-1.jpg" class="size-full wp-image-5411" width="3024" height="4032"></p>
<p>3. 在鍋中炒香黑毛豬臘腸、蝦米、冬菇至香，放入糯米及米輕輕拌混，注入雞湯，蓋上蓋子以中火煮至鍋邊冒煙，轉小火煮5分鐘即成糯米飯，盛起備用<img loading="lazy" src="https://daphnema.kitchen/wp-content/uploads/2020/01/img_6552.jpg" class="size-full wp-image-5412" width="3024" height="4032"><img loading="lazy" src="https://daphnema.kitchen/wp-content/uploads/2020/01/img_6553.jpg" class="size-full wp-image-5413" width="3024" height="4032"></p>
<p>4. 乾荷葉以熱水浸軟，剪塊中間硬的位置，再剪開成4塊<img loading="lazy" src="https://daphnema.kitchen/wp-content/uploads/2020/01/img_6554.jpg" class="size-full wp-image-5414" width="3024" height="4032"></p>

<p>6. 放蒸籠隔水蒸10分鐘即可用</p>
