<p>昨天打邊爐的長腳蟹吃不完，不想浪費它。於是就想用長腳蟹煲粥應該很美味。馬上做來一個粥底，打長腳蟹在粥底先灼熟，再放涼放在雪櫃等今天早餐吃。</p>



<p>這個豐富的長腳蟹早餐，似乎大家都很喜歡。就在這裏分享一下懶人煲粥法給大家。面面的足底用來煲牛肉粥、魚片粥、肉丸粥、海鮮粥都可。用這個懶人法的好處是，不用看火，但當然時間也較長啦！</p>

<p>材料：海鮮適量（我則用了長腳蟹及海蝦）、米1杯、食油一茶匙、鹽少許、粟米半個（起出粟米粒）、生菜適量（切絲）、蔥花少許</p>

<p>步驟<br>1.長蟹腳洗淨，剪開蟹殼備用<br>2.白米洗淨後，以鹽及生油醃30分鐘</p>

<p><br>3.在鍋中注入3L 水，加入白米後煮滾，轉小火煲2至3小時即成粥底</p>

<p><br>4.把長腳蟹蟹膏、粟米粒放入粥底，煮約15分鐘，加入長腳蟹件及其他海鮮至熟透即成</p>
