<p>今晚喺度睇返啲舊相嘅時候，先發現原來未寫呢個食譜俾大家！上兩個星期實在太勤力，所以儲埋咗好多菜式，今個星期開始懶惰嘅時候可以攞返出嚟用🤣🤣🤣</p>



<p>上海粗炒，係大家去上海舖頭常點嘅菜式之一。粗炒嘅成功與否取決於炒麵嘅質素！幫襯過好幾間舖頭，發現九龍城呢一間舖頭嘅炒麵最好食。煙煙韌韌的，有咬口之餘有冇多餘嘅麵粉味。可能因為自設廠房嘅原因，仲好新鮮添。</p>
