										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>和小朋友出街食飯，他們都愛黃金豆角，即係咸蛋黃炒豆角啦！咸咸香香，非常好味！有呢味餸小朋友就會食得好快同乖乖添飯🤪🤪🤪當然，大家都知道咸蛋香是醃製食物，實在不宜多吃，加上在街吃，也不知道是用那種咸蛋，更甚的是多油程度爆晒燈🙈🙈🙈</p>
<p>在家煮，用上自家製的咸蛋黃，烹調時用grapeseed oil再減少油份，感覺即是健康得多！白豆吸收了咸蛋的香味，與豆味混為一體，非常美味！<img loading="lazy" src="https://daphnema.kitchen/wp-content/uploads/2019/04/img_1279.jpg" class="size-full wp-image-1906" width="3024" height="4032"></p>
<p>材料：白豆半斤、自製咸蛋黃3個、牛油一小匙、糖少許、油適量<img loading="lazy" src="https://daphnema.kitchen/wp-content/uploads/2019/04/img_1284.jpg" class="size-full wp-image-1907" width="3024" height="4032"></p>
<p>步驟：</p>
<ol>
<li>咸蛋黃先蒸20分鐘後壓碎</li>
<li>白豆洗淨切段，以滾水煮一分鐘後盛起</li>
<li>在鍋中加入適量油，放入白豆略炒至黃金後盛起<img loading="lazy" src="https://daphnema.kitchen/wp-content/uploads/2019/04/img_1283.jpg" class="size-full wp-image-1908" width="3024" height="4032"></li>
<li>在同一個鍋中加入壓碎了的咸蛋黃，煮至起泡後，放入牛油，融解後加入少許糖調味至合適（應略咸一點）<img loading="lazy" src="https://daphnema.kitchen/wp-content/uploads/2019/04/img_1282.jpg" class="size-full wp-image-1909" width="3024" height="4032"></li>
<li>把白豆回鍋，與咸蛋黃一同炒香即成</li>

<p>材料：鴨蛋3隻、粗鹽適量、清毒紗布2片、乾淨容器1個<img loading="lazy" src="https://daphnema.kitchen/wp-content/uploads/2019/04/img_1287.jpg" class="size-full wp-image-1910" width="4032" height="3024"></p>
<p>步驟：</p>
<ol>
