<p>小朋友樂喜歡食雞翼，但一般都只喜歡雞中翼，如果可以選擇，唔會食雞鎚！試次去曼谷的時候，去左YY spa 食飯，小丙把雞鎚處理一下，再炸香😚😚真係又香又好食！</p>



<p>返香港後，一直對這款雞鎚念念不忘，襯有點時間，自己又做做看，小朋友居然在搶吃！證明成功啦😎</p>

<p>小朋友都係鍾意食香口嘅食物，打風嘅時候阿仔有好多嘢都想食！而最想食嘅居然係炸雲吞！而我屋企居然又有炸雲吞嘅材料，咁就滿足下佢嘅願望啦！</p>



<p>炸雲吞最難做得好係蝦膠，如果蝦膠做得好，雲吞就會好彈牙架啦😊大家睇下d相，了解下要點整啦💕</p>

<p>所有小朋友都鍾意食香口野，回想返細個嘅時候都好鍾意去食炸雞、炸薯條等等……普通快餐店食嘅炸雞，食嘅其實係嗰層脆粉，以雞嘅質素來講麻麻哋🥲</p>



<p>自己喺屋企整嘅炸雞，可以用冇激素嘅雞下髀，炸粉嘅材料亦都一清二楚，皮脆肉滑！雖然都係邪惡嘅食品，但係食得更加放心！</p>

<p>有留意開樂思廚專頁既朋友，都知道我同老公好鍾意好鐘意煲韓劇（但自從代課後就冇啦，因為日日都好早起身好眼瞓🤣）,睇韓劇成日都睇到佢哋食炸雞，植入式廣告有陣時自己都好想食！</p>



<p>尋日突然間想食韓式炸雞，又出去買炸粉，就是把自己整個炸粉去做啦！炸粉加入咗泡打粉，炸完後既雞翼非常脆！就算凍左都好脆！同啤酒一齊食！邪惡又好味😈</p>

<p>自家製嘅鯪魚球仲可以加喜歡嘅材料入去，今次就加咗蝦米同埋蝦醬去調味，增加口感之餘仲可以增加鹹鮮嘅味道。</p>

<p>唔知道大家對buttermilk是否有認識?喺外國炸雞嘅食譜入邊，好多時候都會用到buttermilk去醃雞，buttermilk嘅味道就好似酸奶咁，可以令到雞肉嘅肉質保持鮮嫩多汁，上星期途經cc super，見到有特價嘅buttermilk賣，馬上買來一支，夜晚就用來做炸雞翼！</p>



<p>雞翼嘅醃料加咗黃咖喱粉、香茅同埋班蘭葉等等，帶有淡淡的黃咖喱味，小朋友最愛！</p>



<p>買唔到buttermilk的話，可以使用鮮奶，加入少許檸檬汁，放室溫15分鐘也可！</p>

<p>本身諗住懶埋今日先，點知有兩位朋友留言話聽日要買條桂花魚等食譜，咁好啦就快啲寫俾大家啦！</p>



<p>記得細個同屋企人去順德嘅時候，最喜歡就係點呢道菜式-甜酸松子魚，魚炸得超級脆，但魚肉依然嫩滑，就算唔鍾意食魚嘅朋友，面對呢道菜式，都會忍唔住食幾塊！加上甜甜酸酸嘅汁，用來撈飯係一流！</p>



<p>其實松子魚製法不難，就是需要一啲時間去𠝹花，加上材料簡單，屋企都好容易整到架！</p>

<p>話說家父好鍾意煮嘢食，以前佢喺酒店做工程師，最鍾意就係落廚房睇吓啲廚師點樣煮嘢食。細細個嘅時候會喺屋企整炸子雞、炸雪糕、佛跳牆、燒鵝……各適其適嘅美食。可能因為咁，所以我自細就學識咗好多唔同嘅菜式。</p>



<p>中式炸子雞，係我12歲嘅時候就學識嘅菜式，嗰陣時住16樓，一到秋風嘅時候，爸爸就會買來一隻三黃雞，然後好忙碌咁上皮，再吊在窗口嗰度等佢吊乾！</p>



<p>經過幾小時風乾後，雞皮變得非常乾爽，就開始落油鑊炸，花上手力同埋35分鐘嘅時間。脆卜卜嘅炸子雞就完成啦！雖然好攰，但係呢度菜式全部人都鍾意食，攰啲都值得嘅。</p>

<p>8號風球前的一天，接小朋友放學之前打算去街市買定啲嘢打風嘅時候煮，去到街市發現人多到好似做節咁。豬肉檔嘅豬肉已經所剩無己，只剩下排骨同埋飛排。馬上買來$50飛排，留返第日打風嘅時候煮。</p>



<p>飛排一般都是用炆或者蒸嘅方法嚟煮，8號風球得閑啲，試吓用半煎炸嘅方法嚟煮，估唔到效果非常理想！飛排半煎炸完質地依然好好，外脆內軟。</p>



<p>加埋青檸蜜糖去煮，甜甜酸酸非常開胃！大家經過豬肉檔買到飛排嘅話，就不妨試吓整啦。</p>
