<p>材料：大頭蝦1隻、紅蔥頭2粒、莞茜少許、花竹蝦頭6隻，白飯3碗</p>

<p>調味：魚露適量、糖少許、蝦頭膏（可省）、酒少許、黑椒少許、椰糖少許</p>

<li>加入白飯炒混後放入魚露及椰糖調味</li>
