										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>買了非常新鮮的基圍蝦，本想白灼就算，準備煲水時，打開櫥櫃，看到很久沒有用的玫瑰露酒，突然很想使用它！做醉蝦的話，時間不夠，很難入味&#8230;&#8230;那麼就做個超快又簡單但氣燄十足的火焰蝦啦！這個餸菜，以前常常煮，尤其在宴客的時候，朋友通常都會走入廚房，八八掛掛看看你在煮甚麼，那個時候，看似普通的中蝦煲突然著火，大家都看到嘩嘩聲，實是一款很好的呃like 菜色。</p>
<p>火燒後的中蝦外殻又香又脆，在煮的過程中，大部份的酒精都已煮發，剩下的，是淡淡的酒味和甜味。</p>
<p>要注意⚠️的是，火不能開太大，始終著火也有危險的啊，如害怕火太大，可於著火後關掉爐頭，待蝦變色後蓋上蓋子，火就會熄掉，另外，小孩們都是不入廚房為妙。</p>

<p>材料：中蝦1斤、玫瑰露酒100ml、紹興酒100ml、黑糖3/4 糖匙、蒜頭3粒（磨蓉）、魚露少許</p>
<p>步驟：</p>
<ol>
<li>中蝦洗淨後，放冰格凍暈後起除去尖角、腳、腸及沙囊後抹乾。</li>
<li>蝦放進鍋中，加入蒜蓉、魚露、玫瑰露酒、紹興酒及糖。<img loading="lazy" src="https://daphnema.kitchen/wp-content/uploads/2019/05/img_2240.jpg" class="size-full wp-image-2102" width="3024" height="4032"></li>
