<p>近排比較忙碌，本身諗住去完曼谷之後懶多幾日開始做外送同埋寫食譜，點知突然間接咗重任要去代課！搞到自己好鬼忙，冇時間寫食譜添🤣今日放咗學後有少少空閒嘅時間，就用呢個罅隙去寫返個食譜俾大家先！</p>



<p>忙嘅時候最鍾意整啲簡單食物，簡單得來好味最緊要，手撕雞我相信係好多大人小朋友鍾意嘅食物，今次配搭咗沙爆魚肚，為手撕雞加入一啲質感。</p>

<p>估唔到原來大家好鍾意藍花蟹，琴日一張相一個鐘頭裏面有好多朋友like左，仲有朋友話今日已經訂咗藍花蟹要試整！咁即係今日我一定要出到食譜俾大家啦🤭</p>



<p>又來晨早流流寫食譜，其實花蟹我細個成日都食，以前屋企喺街市附近，媽咪經過街市嘅時候見到有平靚正嘅紅花蟹或者藍花蟹都會買一份返屋企做下午茶！</p>



<p>用花蟹來做伊麵可以增加一份鮮甜味同海水味，總之就係好味啦！</p>



<p>由於整咗花蟹伊麵好多年，所以想搞搞新意思，加埋沙薑落去又會係啲乜嘢嘅味道呢？</p>



<p>尋晚夜咗返屋企於是就用沙薑嚟做一道藍花蟹伊麵自己一個食，獨食難肥啊！</p>

<p>以前聽到朋友講話夜晚慶祝生日嘅時候屋企人會煮鮑魚雞煲，都會覺得好羨慕！屋企居然有鮑魚食！正！</p>



<p>去得街市多，就會知道鮑魚有唔同嘅種類：南非鮑魚、翡翠鮑魚、同埋最常見嘅大連鮑魚。</p>



<p>昨天在街市買來6頭的大連鮑魚，本身唔打算買鮑魚既我，去到街市見到老闆娘取出嘅六頭鮑魚，又忍唔住買咗🤣🤣🤣🤣再買來一邊新鮮三黃雞，做一個秘製沙薑鮑魚煲，自己做嘅鮑魚煲比出邊好食、比出邊新鮮，當然仲比出邊平啦！</p>

<p>由細到大對食材都充滿好奇心，每次去街市都會問吓媽咪呢樣係咩嚟？果樣係咩嚟？去得街市多就發現原來薑都有好多唔同嘅種類：肉薑、老薑、子薑、沙薑、黃薑、手指薑……</p>



<p>前幾天在九龍城買來新鮮沙薑同手指薑，加埋半隻泰安雞，就不如做一隻夠薑沙薑雞啦！</p>



<p>雞先以3款爆香了的薑粒、蔥頭、沙薑粉調味料醃好，再蒸熟斬件！比起平時的沙薑雞多了一重步驟，但添了很多香氣，值得！值得！</p>

<p>2. 沙薑、肉薑、手指薑、紅蔥頭、蔥粒放在鍋中加少許油爆香，加入沙薑粉、紹興酒及生抽炒勻放涼。</p>

<p>由細到大對食材都充滿好奇心，每次去街市都會問吓媽咪呢樣係咩嚟？果樣係咩嚟？去得街市多就發現原來薑都有好多唔同嘅種類：肉薑、老薑、子薑、沙薑、黃薑、手指薑……</p>



<p>前幾天在九龍城買來新鮮沙薑同手指薑，加埋半隻泰安雞，就不如做一隻夠薑沙薑雞啦！</p>



<p>雞先以3款爆香了的薑粒、蔥頭、沙薑粉調味料醃好，再蒸熟斬件！比起平時的沙薑雞多了一重步驟，但添了很多香氣，值得！值得！</p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>母親節收到老公送的新玩具-氣炸焗，幾乎日日開機玩！今日買來一支日清麻油，好香的麻油味，也是我喜歡吃出前一丁的原因之一🤣🤣，靈機一觸加入其他其他香料及新鮮沙薑醃好，放入氣炸鍋炸半個鐘就做好，皮還要好像片皮鴨那麼脆，非常美味呀！</p>
<p>以往想吃燒雞，也要開大焗爐，預熱10分鐘再焗35-40分鐘，現在實在方便了，焗完雞後再用它來做黃金白豆，連煤氣爐也不用開，非常懶也！<img loading="lazy" src="https://daphnema.kitchen/wp-content/uploads/2019/05/img_3287-1.jpg" class="size-full wp-image-2217" width="3024" height="3374"></p>
