										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>朋友到來吃飯，主菜固然重要。但吃到尾聲的時候，眼前一亮的甜品，晚餐畫上一個完美的句號。喜歡煮泰菜的我，當然也希望以泰式甜品晚餐最後的一道菜。這款木瓜椰奶凍拼椰汁斑蘭糕可算是芒果糯米飯以外的最好選擇。</p>

<p>《木瓜椰奶凍食譜》</p>
<p>材料： 馬來西亞/夏威夷木瓜一個、椰汁100ml、白糖適量、魚膠片兩塊/魚膠粉5克<img loading="lazy" src="https://daphnema.kitchen/wp-content/uploads/2019/03/img_8694.jpg" class="size-full wp-image-1699" width="4032" height="3024"></p>

<p>A.白色層(1)椰汁 200ml (2) 木薯粉140 g (3) 粘米粉 50 g （4）水 300 ml （5） 椰糖 70g</p>
<p>B.綠色斑蘭層（1） 椰汁200ml (2) 木薯粉140 g (3) 粘米粉 50 g （4）水 330 ml (5) 斑蘭葉6塊（6) 椰糖70 g<img loading="lazy" src="https://daphnema.kitchen/wp-content/uploads/2019/03/img_8696.jpg" class="size-full wp-image-1708" width="3024" height="4032"></p>
<p>步驟：</p>
<ol>
<li>椰汁400ml 加熱 放入椰糖 140g(可按口味加減）煮融放涼，放成兩碗（每碗200ml)<img src="http://daphnema.kitchen/wp-content/uploads/2018/07/img_6141.jpg" class="size-full"></li>
<li>A 材料中的水及木薯粉粘米粉拌好，加入放涼了的椰汁</li>
