<p>這款泰國的地道小食，大家也曾經吃過吧！在曼谷吃的香葉包雞，用明火油炸，非常香口。在學習煮泰菜之前，由於不能經常去泰國，有時想吃也會到一些泰國館子去試一試。但是香葉爆雞的火候要控制得很好，雞肉才能保持嫩滑，但又要有脆的感覺，所以也要嘗試多幾次才能成功。</p>



<p>現在有了氣炸鍋，溫度的控制較以前為佳，更能做出肉汁豐盈外皮脆脆的香葉包雞。用上新鮮的香茅及其他香草來醃制，泰味滿分！</p>

<p>步驟：<br />1.有機雞皮去皮後，切開中件（約6cmx 6cm)，加入雞肉醃料醃最少30分鐘備用</p>
