										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>童年時過年，爸爸總會問我們：「想要吃甚麼？」，我的首選除了是炸子雞外，就是茄汁大蝦。爸爸的茄汁大蝦用上大大隻的海蝦，蝦殼炸得香脆，入口脆卜卜，而精華呢，則在於醬汁，甜甜酸酸的醬汁，用上新鮮檸檬，非常清新！今年過年時，買到非常大隻的野生海蝦，就用來製作一下茄汁大蝦，回憶一下童年吧！<img loading="lazy" src="https://daphnema.kitchen/wp-content/uploads/2020/01/img_1678.jpg" class="size-full wp-image-5481" width="3024" height="4032"></p>
<p>材料：海大蝦6隻、紅蔥頭5-6粒（切幼絲）、蔥花適量</p>
<p>汁料： 茄汁3湯匙、椰糖3-4茶匙（自行加減）、蘋果醋1茶匙、檸檬汁1茶匙、喼汁半茶匙、水少許<img loading="lazy" src="https://daphnema.kitchen/wp-content/uploads/2020/01/img_1680.jpg" class="size-full wp-image-5482" width="4032" height="3024"></p>
<p>步驟：</p>
<p>1. 海蝦洗淨，剪去蝦頭眼後位置，取出沙囊，剪去腳及鬚，抹乾備用</p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>自從上星期誤打誤撞做出非常美味的咸蛋黃，就成日都想試用咸蛋黃做不膽的菜式。除了豆角外，大蝦與咸蛋黃都非常之夾。昨天又買到非常新鮮的鴨蛋與十分大隻的急凍花竹蝦，襯住有客人到訪，就馬上做個黃金煎大蝦啦😄</p>
<p>咸蛋黃的咸香與大蝦的鮮味混在一起，蝦殼煎得脆脆的，非常美味，客人一致讚好呢☺️☺️<img loading="lazy" src="https://daphnema.kitchen/wp-content/uploads/2019/04/img_1519.jpg" class="size-full wp-image-1941" width="3024" height="4032"></p>
<p>材料：大蝦8隻、自製咸蛋黃3個、糖少許、牛油半茶匙<img loading="lazy" src="https://daphnema.kitchen/wp-content/uploads/2019/04/img_1522.jpg" class="size-full wp-image-1942" width="4032" height="3024"></p>
<p>步驟：</p>
<ol>
<li>咸蛋黃先蒸20分鐘後壓碎備用</li>
<li>大蝦以流水方式解凍，去掉沙囊、尖角、蝦腳及蝦腸後抹乾</li>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>童年到餐館吃飯，很愛點一道菜色，就是豉油王煎大蝦。餐館的爐通常都很大，火喉十足，炒爆出來的蝦十分美味。蝦殼脆卜卜，但蝦肉剛熟。配以我最喜愛的豉油王，美味簡直爆燈。現在間中也會到餐館點這一道菜色，但有時候突然十分想吃，唯有自己煮。</p>
<p>其實豉油王大蝦煮法也不難，材料也很簡單。最重要是買到新鮮的大蝦（當然冰鮮的也可但要懂得選擇），在家煮想吃多少也可以。最後連蔥及紅蔥頭都吃掉，大滿足😁😁<img loading="lazy" src="https://daphnema.kitchen/wp-content/uploads/2019/04/img_0637.jpg" class="size-full wp-image-1879" width="3024" height="4032"></p>
<p>《豉油王煎大蝦-3人份》</p>
<p>材料：大蝦9隻、青蔥適量、紅蔥頭3粒、薑數片、生粉適量<img loading="lazy" src="https://daphnema.kitchen/wp-content/uploads/2019/04/img_0641.jpg" class="size-full wp-image-1880" width="4032" height="3024"></p>
<p>調味料：生抽1湯匙、糖適量、魚露少許、老抽少許、水少許</p>
<p>步驟：</p>
<ol>
<li>大蝦洗淨，剪去蝦腦及去腸後抹乾</li>
<li>青蔥切段、紅蔥頭切片</li>
