<p>中學時代的我有一個非常喜歡的課外活動-女童軍，每個星期六都會到社區中心參加女童軍的集會。自從中學一年級開始就參加女童軍的我，最喜歡隨童軍隊去outdoor camping。不只是在香港的露營，還有到其他地方的世界大露營。</p>



<p>中四的時候有幸被選為香港代表，到新疆參加交流活動。在新疆的大漠學習如何使用柴火烤全羊及烤雞。晚上的時候我們被大漠的星星吸引着，一邊享受着柴火唱着營歌，吃着簡單但美味的大漠烤雞……那種味道到現在還歷歷在目。今天看着相片，突然十分懷念烤雞的味道。就讓現代的科技來代替柴火，做一道孜然大漠雞給家人享用一下😄</p>

<p>材料：三黃雞一隻<br>醃料：鹽適量、黃姜粉半茶匙、孜然粉大半茶匙、紹興酒一瓶蓋、五香粉1/3茶匙、紅椒粉少許、生抽約一湯匙、蒜頭三至四粒（磨蓉）、姜一小塊（磨蓉）、夜<br>其他：蒜頭五粒（切成蒜粒）</p>

<p>步驟：<br />1.雞洗淨後抹乾，以醃料醃一個晚上</p>

<p><br />2.第二天把雞從雪櫃取出後，先放雞在室溫中回溫30分鐘<br />3.沿雞胸剪開雞，略壓扁</p>

<p><br />4.把雞放進氣炸鍋中，蓋上錫紙，以180度先焗28分鐘，打開錫紙調高溫度至200度，再焗10分鐘<br />5.在焗雞的時候，以少許生油炸香蒜粒，拌入少許味椒鹽<br />6.取出雞放好，灑上香蒜粒即可食用</p>
