										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>外出吃中餐時，常常都會點咕嚕肉，喜歡其甜甜酸酸的味道，使人十分開胃！尤其是在工作一天後，吃到好味的咕嚕肉，使人心情也振奮了，幸福感滿瀉！</p>
<p>可是，不是所有中餐廳的咕嚕肉都好食，有些粉太重、有些炸得太乾、有些醬汁太杰、有些太甜、有些味道太假、有些肉帶雪味（是啦，我對這道菜要求是有點高啦！因爸爸做的實在太出色)</p>
<p>既然如此，在家煮就一定最合口味！用上新鮮黑毛豬腩排，肉味滿盈。酸味則來自鮮檸檬汁及蘋果醋，果香味濃。現在有了氣炸鍋，肉炸得脆脆的但不油膩！大家一定要試呀！<img loading="lazy" src="https://daphnema.kitchen/wp-content/uploads/2019/09/img_1792.jpg" class="size-full wp-image-4745" width="3024" height="3578"></p>
<p>材料：腩排12兩、青椒及紅椒各半個、紫洋蔥1/4個、蒜頭6-7粒、鹽半茶匙、菠蘿2片</p>
<p>炸粉： 木薯粉適量、雞蛋一隻</p>
<p>汁料： 檸檬一個（榨汁）、蘋果醋1茶匙、碎冰糖1湯匙、椰糖1茶匙、茄汁2茶匙、喼汁少許</p>

<p>步驟：</p>

<li>腩排洗淨抺乾，以鹽先醃30分鐘</li>
