										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>中秋節已過但天氣還是十分悶熱，加上令人踹不過氣的香港環境，實在要cheer up一下自已才是。最近愛上了用蝦米滾湯，喜歡其咸香的味道，加上濃濃的冬菇香味，十分好喝。</p>
<p>很多朋友問：這個湯與冬瓜粒湯有何分別呢？材料也相似，味道會一樣嗎？這個湯與平時冬瓜粒湯的分別是這個湯只用少許上湯但多多材料去做，所以味道較濃，既可說是湯、也可說是餸。加上用燉的方法去煮，湯色非常清，大大口吃鮮味爆燈了的冬瓜，一樂也！<img loading="lazy" src="https://daphnema.kitchen/wp-content/uploads/2019/10/img_2131.jpg" class="size-full wp-image-5064" width="3759" height="3024"></p>
<p>材料： 冬瓜一斤（切片狀）、蝦米一湯匙、冬菇4-5隻、瑤柱半粒、夜香花2-3湯匙、雞湯適量、鮮蝦半斤<img loading="lazy" src="https://daphnema.kitchen/wp-content/uploads/2019/10/img_2135.jpg" class="size-full wp-image-5065" width="3953" height="2781"></p>
