										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>香港的冬天雖不太冷，但早上還是有一點寒，所以還是襯冬天進補一下。在工展會買來的人參就大派用場啦！再買來兩隻春雞，就一個暖入心的人參雞湯啦！</p>

<p>材料：新鮮韓國人參2條、春雞2隻、京蔥一條、紅棗四至五粒、杞子一湯匙、糯米約70克、栗子適量</p>

<p>步驟：</p>
<p>1. 糯米洗淨，用水浸透約2小時</p>
<p>2. 新鮮韓國人參去掉頂部，切片備用<img loading="lazy" src="https://daphnema.kitchen/wp-content/uploads/2019/12/img_5469.jpg" class="size-full wp-image-5370" width="3024" height="4032"></p>
<p>3. 紅棗洗淨後去核，一開四備用</p>
<p>4. 京蔥切片、栗子去殼及去皮備用</p>
<p>5. 春雞去毛洗乾淨，在春雞肚中置入糯米、紅棗、粟子及人參片，已牙籤封口<img loading="lazy" src="https://daphnema.kitchen/wp-content/uploads/2019/12/img_5473.jpg" class="size-full wp-image-5371" width="4032" height="3024"></p>
