<p>乳豬其實係屋企人幾鍾意食嘅食物之一，出街有陣時都會點來吃，但係我就好少整乳豬，因為其實有少少驚🥲🥲，但係自己整嘅乳豬又真係好食好多，所以間唔中都會整吓嘅。</p>



<p>上星期收到供應商送來的乳豬，雖然係2.5 kg嘅乳豬，但係放入build in嘅家用焗爐都係啱啱好！</p>



<p>今次用上南乳醬、五香粉等等材料去醃製，唔需要插豬皮，但係皮都係好脆！大家快啲睇吓點樣整！</p>
