										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>中學的時候很愛吃三文魚剌身，那口感及魚油的香味實為至愛，可是在約8年前，看了有關三文魚寄生蟲的問題使我從此不再吃生的三文魚，及後有更多的報導指養殖的三文魚帶有污染物及抗生素， 所以近幾年已經可免則免。但偶爾想吃時，還是會到大型超市，購買愛爾蘭有機三文魚吃。</p>
<p>今天又經過超市，看到非常新鮮的有機愛爾蘭三文魚骨腩，毫不猶豫地買來兩pack，再加上日本小南瓜及蕃茄，做一個美味又有營養的湯，三文魚湯魚油豐富，加上南瓜的香味，大人小孩也愛喝呢！<img loading="lazy" src="https://daphnema.kitchen/wp-content/uploads/2019/07/img_5404.jpg" class="size-full wp-image-2438" width="3024" height="4032"></p>

<p>步驟：</p>

<li>把熱水注入已煎香的三文魚骨</li>
<li>加入南瓜及蕃茄，煮滾後以中小火煮20-30分鐘，再用大火滾10分鐘，加入少許鹽調味即成（可自移加減調整湯稀杰度）<img src="placeholder://"></li>
