<p>之前出過一個post話俾大家聽，我要發過年！係發乜嘢過年呢？就係發花膠啦，18頭巴西紥膠公（又叫蘇利南肚，係巴西最頂級既花膠），未發前size 唔算好大！用超簡單方法去浸發，之後用雞油起鑊、鮑魚冬菇炆！超好味🤭做新年團年菜式，非常得體！大家快d收藏起佢啦！</p>

<p>今日要陪老公去醫院睇醫生，一等就等咗四個鐘頭，返到屋企已經好晏啦！加上姐姐今日放假，元旦本身諗住煮得豐富啲，但係老公又病咗食唔到就簡單咁煮啦！硬係覺得元旦要食西餐，簡簡單單整個西式嘅周打蜆湯，用上新鮮嘅大蜆去整，新鮮又好味！</p>

<p>豬頸肉大家食得多，主要係用泰式嘅醃製方法同埋配泰式嘅醬汁！食到有少少悶又想搞搞新意思，就由腌料同埋醬汁嗰度入手啦！今次用上新鮮買個黑毛豬頸肉，肉質鮮嫩，亦都好Juicy，葉曉用上簡單嘅美極同魚露，加埋幾種唔同材料製作出嚟嘅醬汁，keep 緊fit嘅我表示頂唔順要食少少🤣</p>

<p>轉眼間又到左秋冬天，秋冬冬天嘅時候最鍾意食湯麵，暖暖嘅湯加埋熱辣辣嘅麵，簡單得來又好味！我成日覺得湯麵最好味嘅係碗湯，喺出邊餐廳食湯麵，最怕係食完之後好口渴，因為少不免加咗味精，所以湯麵還是喺屋企整好啲！</p>



<p>早前分享過濃雞湯底、豬骨湯底，但就未分享過牛骨湯底！今次既然想自己整來食，就順手寫埋食譜分享俾大家啦！</p>

<p>小貼士：要牛骨湯煮得清澈，必須以中小火慢慢熬製，在熬製的途中如果見到湯上面浮住白色嘅泡泡，要盡量除掉；如果見到湯上面有很多油也要取掉；如時間許可，可以把煮好的湯放在雪櫃中，過一晚後把面層的油輕易除掉。</p>
