<p>轉眼間又到左秋冬天，秋冬冬天嘅時候最鍾意食湯麵，暖暖嘅湯加埋熱辣辣嘅麵，簡單得來又好味！我成日覺得湯麵最好味嘅係碗湯，喺出邊餐廳食湯麵，最怕係食完之後好口渴，因為少不免加咗味精，所以湯麵還是喺屋企整好啲！</p>



<p>早前分享過濃雞湯底、豬骨湯底，但就未分享過牛骨湯底！今次既然想自己整來食，就順手寫埋食譜分享俾大家啦！</p>



<p>牛骨煲湯並唔難做，係需要一啲時間同埋一啲耐性，一次過煲起一大煲，可以分開放喺冰格嗰度慢慢用😀用來製作越式湯河粉、西式洋蔥湯、韓式牛骨湯、台灣牛肉麵……，發揮大家嘅創意😃今日本身打算食生牛肉湯檬點知買唔到檬粉，就用佢嚟整住洋蔥湯先啦！</p>

<p>小貼士：要牛骨湯煮得清澈，必須以中小火慢慢熬製，在熬製的途中如果見到湯上面浮住白色嘅泡泡，要盡量除掉；如果見到湯上面有很多油也要取掉；如時間許可，可以把煮好的湯放在雪櫃中，過一晚後把面層的油輕易除掉。</p>

<p>中學時期嘅其中一個回憶係同屋企人返大陸，嗰陣時碧桂園有一個單位，放假嘅時候成日都返去休息吓同埋食吓嘢。而喺碧桂園嘅附近有一間餐廳，非常好味！最出名是其陳村粉，無論係蒸定係炒都做得非常出色！</p>



<p>前幾天路過街市，見到有新鮮嘅陳村粉，馬上買來自己整！陳村粉味道較淡，需要比較濃既調味。我自己則偏向鮮味嘅陳村粉，所以用雞油同埋蟹來調味就最啱啦！加埋昆布同埋蝦米仔，鮮味也。</p>

<p>第一次食蓮藕苗沙律係好多年之前，喺河內嘅一間餐廳，當時覺得蓮藕苗嘅樣好可愛，細細條但係切開個樣似蓮藕，一食之後味道不得了！又爽又甜！越南人鍾意用蓮藕苗來做沙律，將蓮藕苗放入醬汁到醃製一晚，醬汁嘅味道完全滲入左蓮藕苗入邊，又酸又甜嘅味道喺炎炎夏日消暑一流！</p>



<p>幾個星期前喺泰國舖見到蓮藕苗嘅蹤影，立刻買來一包，但係唔記得咗影相所以寫唔到食譜，尋日又再見到，今次終於記得影相影步驟！</p>

<p>呢排好多客人訂散水餅，或者因為開學想訂啲甜品比老師，最佳嘅選擇都係芒果撻！用上新鮮芒果做嘅芒果撻，非常好味。</p>



<p>在家自己做嘅大家，仲可以選擇自己鍾意嘅芒果：菲律賓呂宋芒、泰國水仙芒、台灣愛文芒、甚至乎喺豬腰芒都可以，各適其適，加幾多都可以自己話事🥰</p>

<p>每次去流浮山食海鮮都點呢道菜式，每次食完一隻都想食多一隻🤣🤣🤣呢排是奄仔蟹的季節，幫襯開的海鮮檔都有黃油奄仔蟹賣，由於家中只有我愛吃蟹（其他人要拆肉先食🫠），所以賣來兩隻，自私食🤭🤭🤭</p>



<p>在家整油鹽焗奄仔蟹其實也不難，材料也只有3樣，就算唔係成日入廚都一定搞得掂😉，重點係⚠️泥蟹蟹奄中有蟹的排洩物，必須要洗乾淨啊！</p>

<p>估唔到原來大家好鍾意藍花蟹，琴日一張相一個鐘頭裏面有好多朋友like左，仲有朋友話今日已經訂咗藍花蟹要試整！咁即係今日我一定要出到食譜俾大家啦🤭</p>



<p>又來晨早流流寫食譜，其實花蟹我細個成日都食，以前屋企喺街市附近，媽咪經過街市嘅時候見到有平靚正嘅紅花蟹或者藍花蟹都會買一份返屋企做下午茶！</p>



<p>用花蟹來做伊麵可以增加一份鮮甜味同海水味，總之就係好味啦！</p>



<p>由於整咗花蟹伊麵好多年，所以想搞搞新意思，加埋沙薑落去又會係啲乜嘢嘅味道呢？</p>



<p>尋晚夜咗返屋企於是就用沙薑嚟做一道藍花蟹伊麵自己一個食，獨食難肥啊！</p>

<p>幾天前放假，想同阿女玩下做吓親子嘅手工。諗起多年前喺酒店食過嘅金魚蝦餃，蝦餃一向自己都有整開，做金魚形狀應該都不是太難吧！</p>



<p>早上喺街市買來新鮮嘅泰國花蝦，放冰格冰幾個鐘頭再攞出來做蝦餃，鮮蝦做嘅蝦餃非常美味！加埋喺北海道直送嘅帶子同埋黑毛豬肉，配上金魚可愛嘅造型，小朋友話：「我唔捨得食呀🥹」</p>



<p>放假嘅時候就同小朋友一齊試吓整啦！</p>
