<p>阿仔好鍾意食牛肉！尤其愛吃牛仔骨，之前嘅牛仔骨做法食到有啲悶！就整一個新嘅牛仔骨味道俾佢試吓啦！呢個食譜用咗白芝麻、孜然粉、紹興酒同埋其他香料，最後加上咗蜜糖，甜甜嘅味道，我相信所有小朋友都鍾意！</p>

<p>小朋友樂喜歡食雞翼，但一般都只喜歡雞中翼，如果可以選擇，唔會食雞鎚！試次去曼谷的時候，去左YY spa 食飯，小丙把雞鎚處理一下，再炸香😚😚真係又香又好食！</p>



<p>返香港後，一直對這款雞鎚念念不忘，襯有點時間，自己又做做看，小朋友居然在搶吃！證明成功啦😎</p>

<p>想增加身體嘅肌肉量，需要進食比平時多嘅蛋白質，大家都知道雞胸係不二嘅選擇。但係問題係，雞胸因為冇脂肪，所以好容易住得好硬好嚡，所以以往一般都會用慢煮嘅方法去處理。但係慢煮需要用好多時間，個人感覺唔係好化算，於是不斷研究，終於俾我搵到一個煎煮雞胸，簡單又方便嘅方法！大家快啲睇吓食譜啦☺️</p>

<p>認識我嘅朋友都知道，我一但下左決心，就要將事情盡力做好！尋日愚人節同老公出去食早餐，佢成日叫我煮粉d外送，用多d時間做youtube，咁就唔駛咁辛苦同埋可以好好分享美食俾大家！</p>



<p>於是，我就決心今年由4月開始做多d youtube video！但做video 唔係我專長，剪片又唔叻，所以整一條片都真係用試好多時間！</p>

<p>家中有個小食家，對嘢食要求非常高，問我可唔可以整呢樣，可唔可以整嗰樣🤣正面啲嚟睇，就係因為佢既多多要求，先造就左好多新嘅食譜！黃咖喱蜜糖雞翼嘅食譜，都係因為呢個原因整出黎既！有黃咖喱嘅香味、但係唔辣，又要有蜜糖嘅甜味🤣🤣好似出奇蛋咁，一次過滿足晒佢三個願望。</p>
