<p>今日要陪老公去醫院睇醫生，一等就等咗四個鐘頭，返到屋企已經好晏啦！加上姐姐今日放假，元旦本身諗住煮得豐富啲，但係老公又病咗食唔到就簡單咁煮啦！硬係覺得元旦要食西餐，簡簡單單整個西式嘅周打蜆湯，用上新鮮嘅大蜆去整，新鮮又好味！</p>

<p>一日寫兩個食譜俾大家，因為實在堆積太多嘅食譜啦，嗱嗱臨清咗佢先！估唔到呢個菜式一post相出嚟咁多人有反應喎，咁就寫咗佢嘅食譜先啦！</p>



<p>上次去買橙酒嘅時候，順手買咗一支雪梨酒，好多年前喺一間餐廳試過雪梨酒用嚟整一字骨好好味，今晚老公原來要去教書，得返我同小朋友喺屋企食飯，咁就用雪梨酒整吓焗雞下髀先，加上香草同埋蜜糖去焗，一路焗一路聞到好香！加入咗雪梨酒嘅雞下髀，皮脆肉滑，肉汁豐盈，加上搞掂之後淨係放落焗爐嗰度焗，如果開party嗰陣時都啱用啊！</p>

<p>唔知點解小朋友對漢堡包都係好有情意結，我細個嘅時候都好鍾意去麥當當，記得嗰陣時個個星期六都會同屋企人去，去完之後仲會去尖沙咀公園玩，好一個快樂嘅童年！</p>



<p>雖然屋企有好多好嘢食，但係我嘅小朋友最鍾意都係食麥當當，一諗唔到食啲乜嘢就話要去食🤣</p>



<p>細佬呢排進化咗，係咁話要去美國旅行，原因係要食Chick Fil A，今年因為一啲原因未能去咁遠旅行，於是佢就係咁睇YouTube，然後煩咗我好耐，又話俾我聽：「雞扒入面要有芝士架！」、一時又話：「嗰個汁要用honey Mustard 加沙律醬同埋蜜糖！」，最後口甜舌滑咁講：「你煮嘢食咁叻，難唔到你嘅，please我真係好想食！」</p>



<p>好啦，終於有啲時間就實現佢嘅願望啦！屋企整嘅double cheese chicken burger 今次用上現成嘅漢堡包，雖然冇自己整咁好食，不過都唔錯啦！</p>

<p>講到新鮮墨魚，好多人都只會食墨魚肉同埋墨魚鬚，其實墨魚內臟嘅墨囊含有勁黑既墨汁，墨汁營養價值高，富含了無機鹽、維生素及鈣等營養，所以如果大家如果買新鮮大墨魚既話，記得留返墨囊整意粉！</p>

<p>所有小朋友都鍾意食香口野，回想返細個嘅時候都好鍾意去食炸雞、炸薯條等等……普通快餐店食嘅炸雞，食嘅其實係嗰層脆粉，以雞嘅質素來講麻麻哋🥲</p>



<p>自己喺屋企整嘅炸雞，可以用冇激素嘅雞下髀，炸粉嘅材料亦都一清二楚，皮脆肉滑！雖然都係邪惡嘅食品，但係食得更加放心！</p>

<p>正宗嘅tacos係用墨西哥粟米粉去做，製法非常簡單，只需要加水、鹽、同埋橄欖油就可以！不過用粟米粉做嘅tacos比較容易碎，朋友話有陣時喺屋企都會用全麥麵粉去做，方便仲簡單啲😆</p>
