<p>鳥結糖係其中一款我喜歡嘅糖果，喜歡佢煙靭嘅口感同埋好似白兔糖嗰款奶香。在街買嘅鳥結糖好多，我都覺得太甜，自己整可以用靚嘅材料、又可以減糖！新年用嚟做禮物送俾朋友親戚簡單容易又好食！仲可以整好多口味出嚟添😍</p>

<p>PS 我不喜歡吃太甜的糖果，所以沒有額外加白糖，如果喜歡吃甜一點的朋友，請在步驟2之後加入50克的白糖，完成糖果製作後可以在上面貼上米紙，那麼鳥結糖就不會再黏手了；喜歡軟一點的口感可以加多d牛油</p>

<p>夏天又是龍眼當造的季節！鄰居在元朗的村屋花園中咗好多龍眼，今日分享咗一啲俾我！實在太多食唔晒，就用來做龍眼冰啦！整完之後分享一啲俾朋友、分享一啲俾家人，齊齊食，透心涼！</p>

<p>楊枝甘露，喺甜品舖頭成日嗌嘅甜品！而家細細碗都要買$50幾$60 ，仲要得好少芒果喎！自己整可以好足料，仲有可以用好靚嘅芒果😊😊😊</p>



<p>楊枝甘露唔難整，係準備材料需要一啲時間！一次過整多啲，慢慢食😃</p>

<p>最近有好多人追我😏唔係比男仔追嗰款追，而係收到你哋追食譜嗰啲PM同埋WhatsApp🤣原來大家都好鍾意食豆腐花，聽日又好忙既我應該冇時間整video俾大家，咁今日整個食譜加埋video等大家聽日有時間自己試吓整啦！</p>



<p>喺出邊食嘅豆腐花好多都好幼滑，但係欠缺豆味，同埋應該係用基因改造嘅黃豆食得唔係好安心！上幾個星期喺石門買到有機嘅加拿大黃豆，用佢整過一次豆漿，好香嘅豆味，飲完想再飲！幾日前又再用佢嚟整豆腐花，但係唔記得咗拍片。</p>

<p>泰式芒果糯米飯，係大家好鍾意食嘅甜品之一！無論係泰國定係香港都係咁受歡迎😊幾日前有一個住喺加拿大嘅朋友仔，想訂一個蛋糕俾喺香港嘅屋企人，突然忽發其想，如果用芒果糯米飯做蛋糕嘅話似乎都唔錯，大膽咁樣提議俾佢，大膽咁樣試做，而客人嘅屋企人就係第一個品嚐芒果糯米飯蛋糕嘅朋友。</p>

<p>去泰國既時候最鐘意幫襯小食店，船麵啦、鴨腿麵啦、魚蛋粉啦……而飲品最愛就係龍眼冰！透心涼既龍眼冰係悶熱既天氣下最岩飲！</p>



<p>在泰國飲既龍眼冰好多都好甜！（對我來講太甜了！），所以會自已再加水同冰，今次係屋企整，甜度自己話事！正！</p>

<p>間唔中都有想食宵夜嘅時候，尋晚有啲肚餓，又買多咗靚靚合桃，於是就親手整下合桃糊，補下個腦先。</p>



<p>自家製嘅合桃糊，真材實料無添加，仲可以揀整少或者走糖，比較健康。</p>



<p>用新鮮白米磨成嘅米漿，加入合桃糊入邊，令到成個合桃腰果糊更添香氣！</p>

<p>以往去旅行嘅時候，小朋友仲細，所以經常去啲近嘅地方。新加坡可以話係經常性會去嘅地方之一，每次離開新加坡嘅時候，都會去買斑蘭蛋糕返香港慢慢食。</p>



<p>由於疫情，已經好耐冇出門了，偶然都會掛住喺新加坡買到嘅斑蘭蛋糕，就係的唔起心肝去做。</p>



<p>原因係要整一個無添加嘅斑蘭蛋糕需要幾日嘅時間，有陣時突然間想食，就決定出去買算啦🤣🤣🤣</p>



<p>早陣指因為整泰式盆菜，所以購入咗好多斑蘭葉，唔想浪費晒啲班蘭葉，就決定用來整斑蘭蛋糕。加上有點忙，今次應該有耐性等到幾日啦！</p>
