<p>泰國嘅紅咖喱好多人都鍾意食！好似交通燈咁樣嘅咖喱紅綠黃三隻色，大家又知唔知道咖喱嘅材料係啲乜嘢呢？無論係紅咖喱、綠咖喱定係青咖喱，其實都係用上咗好多唔同嘅香料。香茅、芫荽、蔥頭、蒜頭、蝦醬、孜然……小小嘅咖喱醬已經包含咗好多香料喺入邊，所以味道零舍唔同。</p>



<p>當然大家可以買現成嘅紅咖喱，但係香草隨着日子嘅流逝香味亦都會減少，要品嚐到最香嘅咖喱，當然係即整即煮啦！早前去Bangkok旅行嘅時候， join咗blue Elephant嘅烹飪班，比佢哋啟發咗整一款簡易嘅咖喱醬，比起之前嘅咖喱醬方便好多，其實只要多一個步驟，整咖喱醬30分鐘內就搞掂啦！今次配上咗原隻鴨起出嚟嘅新鮮鴨胸，味道更鮮味！快啲睇吓食譜啦!</p>

<p>第一次聽到呢個湯係師傅同我講嘅，佢話自己好鍾意飲呢一個泰式蔬菜湯，清清地但係又有香草嘅味道，比較特別。</p>



<p>上次到訪小丙嘅YYSpa第一次試呢款湯，一試愛上，但係後來好忙都冇時間研究，今次再去Bangkok，又再到訪YY Spa，試完味之後決心馬上整出嚟，遲咗一排，可能又唔記得咗係乜嘢味㗎啦！</p>



<p>呢款湯睇落去係一款平平無奇嘅蔬菜湯，其實湯底係用咗好多唔同嘅材料去煮出嚟嘅，所以湯底濃郁，再加上唔同嘅蔬菜有唔同嘅甜味，無論係keep fit定係想食清清地都好啱呢！</p>

<p>泰菜同西餐有啲不一樣嘅地方，就係泰菜嘅沙律唔係作為頭盆上菜，而係同主菜、湯類、咖喱等等一齊上菜。食一啖飯、食一d沙律、飲啖湯……全部嘢一齊食，所以泰菜中嘅沙律有陣時都會有肉類，可以當主菜咁食。</p>



<p>泰式燒豬頸肉，好多人都食過，亦都好喜歡食，但係豬頸肉比較肥膩，將豬頸肉加入沙律嗰度不但可以去除油膩嘅感覺，仲為豬頸肉添加咗清新嘅香草味道，加上特製嘅泰式醬汁，味道更加立體，大家不妨試吓！</p>

<p>keep fit食嘢冇啖好食？其實都唔係，只要靈活運用食材，其實keep fit都可以食得好豐富！fit嘅時候要食多啲蛋白質：雞胸、蛋白、豆腐都係大家知道好高蛋白質嘅食物，除咗佢哋之外，其實杏鮑菇蛋白質亦都好高，熱量亦都比較低，所以都好適合keep fit嘅時候用！加上有飽肚嘅感覺，比較大食嘅朋友會容易啲飽！</p>



<p>除此之外，杏鮑菇也是素食者補充蛋白質的重要來源。 每100 克杏鮑菇中就有3 克的膳食纖維，可以增加飽足感，有助於體重控制，還能幫助腸胃蠕動預防便祕。 此外，杏鮑菇含豐富的鉀，能幫助體內排除多餘的水分，有助於穩定血壓。</p>

<p>去完旅行返嚟之後忙咗好多日，今日終於都休息！既然休息就要研究吓食譜做吓實驗喇！第一擊就整泰北金麵先啦！</p>



<p>喺清邁買咗一包蛋麵返嚟，差唔多一個星期，要快啲食咗佢嘅，khan soi 喺清邁嘅時候Cooking Class學過，喺文青市集又食過，然後喺玩zip line 又再食多次，次次都有啲唔一樣！顏色的我喜歡文青市集橙黃色嘅、味道我就喜歡Cooking Class老師教嘅、texture 我就鍾意喺zip line 嗰度的，自己整就結合晒三個喜歡嘅特徵，再加上一啲自己喜歡嘅醬料，自己整出嚟嘅khao sai 啱晒自己嘅口味！</p>



<p>Btw 大家唔好睇呢個今年顏色好橙黃色以為好辣，其實真係超級超級好食！有機會試吓整啦！</p>

<p>到曼谷旅行，最喜歡就去食芒果糯米飯，嗰陣時每晚都要食芒果糯米飯做甜品！後來學識咗點樣整呢個甜品之後，知道原來要落好多糖，所以就少食咗🤓</p>



<p>自己整嘅芒果糯米飯，可以調節白糖嘅份量，可以減糖感覺健康啲，大家快啲嚟睇吓點樣整啦！</p>
