<p>細個時好喜歡食三文魚刺身，一次可以食好多，及後，睇左好多報導關係三文魚好多蟲😱😱就無再生食了，熟食自此都少左，但間唔中還是會想食的！三文魚咁多個部份，自已最愛吃的是最平的三文魚骨腩，的返少少肉、多多骨，但肉質最嫩魚油最香！</p>



<p>今次用試在日本高山買的朴葉味噌，勁好味！好後悔無買多幾包🥲🥲</p>

<p>由細到大我嘅腸胃都比較敏感，食錯少少嘢就會肚痾，然後就會頭暈同埋發冷🥲前兩日食咗一個叉燒飯，然後覺得開始唔妥，中午去咗七八次洗手間，然後夜晚開始發冷。第二日好少少，但係仍然都有肚瀉嘅症狀。</p>



<p>到咗今日，病情好返啲啦，由於想休息多啲，所以去咗一田買壽司俾小朋友食，經過蔬果嘅位置，見到有好靚嘅茄子，立刻買來一個，準備午餐時候煮嚟食！</p>



<p>病咗嘅時候我嘅身體會自己話我知需要食啲乜嘢，後尾Google睇返原來茄子有止瀉嘅功用，咁就啱晒我啦！</p>



<p>用上清清地嘅汁煮方法，加埋少少薑蓉刺激食慾，清清地食一餐、又快又有益！</p>

<p>夏日炎炎，又係食冷麵冷烏冬嘅時候！食冷烏冬嘅時候加上一顆糖心蛋，涼入心♥️♥️♥️</p>



<p>糖心蛋食譜好多地方都有，而我一直以來整糖心蛋嘅方法都係用蒸蛋嘅方法，比起烚蛋更加容易掌握，唔需要喺蛋殼篤窿，亦唔需要將水流整成螺旋形，簡單非常，新手一次就能上手！</p>



<p>至於滅蛋殼嘅問題，只要煮好蛋後迅速降溫，等隻蛋凍哂之後先剝殼，雞蛋就能又白又滑😌</p>



<p>唯一一樣要大家試嘅就係自己屋企爐嘅火力，蒸煮時間由10分鐘至11分半鐘不等，視乎火力，大家睇吓下面嘅食譜，再試一試啦！</p>

<p>到日式餐館吃飯，女兒和兒子都喜歡吃日式汁燒牛仔骨，喜歡其甜甜的味道，外面的餐館用上炭燒的方法去煮，更加添了焦香的味道。</p>



<p>今天早上，小朋友返學前告訴我說午餐要吃日式汁燒牛仔骨，叫我試試煮。好吧就試一試！其實也不難，我相信這道菜式很多小朋友都會喜歡，大家又試吓啦！</p>
